Yes I saw it, was pleasantly surprised. I think it’s a smart move on our part. This is the future and we’re going to be a part of it. I’m so glad to be moving away from Exogen and HA, as I know Exogen is getting competitors very soon and the HA market is saturated with competitors. I don’t see either one of the markets growing, but on the contrary, taking hits. I applaud you Bioventus!

Bioness is a leader in the rehab market. Let's see how this plays out.

The press release states 40 M in revenue and a $14M loss in profit.

Nice head fake but it means nothing to this business. As long as people like DV, JN, DH, SB, PH, TD, LS, etc are in leadership positions this place will continue to be run into the ground. Our culture is the reason the company will continue to fail regardless of what products we have or acquisition we make. Just a further kicking of the can in the hopes of head faking investors to believe it will be better “next year”. Anytime you see a company promote and provide a larger stage for someone like DV it should tell you all you need to know about a company.

I'm sure BV can help with their efficiency and processes. Oh, wait. Nevermind. Poor Bioness employees. Hope they weren't used to a consistent comp plan.

Here comes the IGEA products. LIPUS and lower cost. Purchase or rent. Distributed by orthofix. CAN be prescribed at time of surgery. You know they will seek out any possible fresh fx indication they can, though we all know that road. I’m asking leadership to show me something more than a fancy tens unit. All those interested, just use H-wave as your side gig. We are being boxed into a corner. One which we will not escape. Come on Ken, you’re better than this.

Ex disgruntled rep. The Orthofix product will take 1+ years to get approved and be in the market with no guarantees it gets approved.

bones study looks good for Exogen

nice to see KR acquiring quality products to boost the company.
Stay positive and don’t believe any competitor or ex employee that says BV is being run into the ground. They have been saying that for many years and it’s better than it’s been in a while.

The fact that people here have no clue what is about to happen to the bone stim market is pretty sad. Pumping money into an Exogen study for a class that is essentially going generic is telling with regard to the leadership here.

Current rep. Though maybe disgruntled. Just Interviewed with Orthofix. Interesting products coming to the marketplace. Their LIPUS will be here this year, as will 3 other DME healing devices. (bone, soft tissue, pain and nerve damage). Nice to see a pipeline as they have 4 products for next year as well. They stack up well against the competition and offer rental or purchase. Will now have BV let me go for some meaningless breach of BV policy and poof, no non compete. I learned a great deal in my BV existence, both good and bad. Will take my experience, product knowledge and pricing strategy with me to my next opportunity. I wish all of you well, though I know many of you are following my path. Sorry BV, this was a long time coming.

Hate to burst your bubble, but being terminated doesn't get you out of your noncompete. They've gone after terminated employees before with legal action. Check your state laws before you make this move.

Even better investing and acquiring an amniotic injection and the FDA just shelved all amniotic injections. Will be a couple years minimum before they see the market.

What exactly are you basing that on?

The letter from the FDA. Quick Google search will show you.

That's why I asked in the first place, because there is nothing out there from the FDA shutting it down

Some stupid folks still haven’t figured out that just because it says anonymous on “cafepharma” that it ain’t anonymous. EVERYTHING is trackable. Your time is coming now too but you brought it on yourself.
