Investigation is underway regarding the toxic culture. Germany wants answers and they have brought in outsiders in HR to get to the bottom of things. Expect a big shake-up in upper level positions who are the ones creating this negative culture.

    Bye Felicia!

How’s that reorganized N&I salesforce doing for ya?

Your best either were let go or left soon after. You got rid of a lot of high performers.

The ones who remained? How those TLL assessments iron out for ya? What you all wished for? Good luck on all those customer 1:1 dinners begging for prescriptions to fulfill your individual quotas. Yes, you TLL with sales goals...

    FDA much?

Add a very long-term employee from MACS to the list of departures. People are fleeing this company. Many more would/will leave when the right opportunity comes along. Germany needs to completely overhaul starting at the top Maybe that's what CR was brought in to do.

Who's the alleged leader who moved over from Medical to Commercial? Yeah, you might want to start probing...

It’s 2 years later in 2023 and it is worse now. Resignations every week at all levels.

Can someone please elaborate on all the departures? Is the company culture that toxic?Any guidance would be appreciated as I was contacted by a recruiter for an open Neuro position. Thanks.

Serono's only 'best days' were in the late 90's early 2000's...quickly became a mess due to awful leadership.

You have to take classes on harassment, and yet the managers harass, bully, lie about employees, so they can continue in the mean girls club. Get out! No other company allows this abuse.
