Agreed, anyone who is halfway talented should be able to parlay this pretty good gig into another job with just the base increase by 20-50k plus other incentives. Unless you are new or about to retire you are not too bright or ambitious if you stay here, unless your comfortable with mediocrity.

 

You sales reps get paid way too much for being caterers. Stop complaining about pay. If you don’t like it, go elsewhere.

 

You guys sell a constipation pill to PC doctors. How much do you actually think you’re worth? All pharma reps are overpaid, but at least get into rare disease, buy/bill, infusion etc. if you want to boast about how you need a raise

 

Why aren’t we talking about the Ibsrela launch next week? Their reps are at a launch meeting now.

 

Ardelyx is a renal company. No credibility in GI.

 

With thousands of innocent women and children being slaughtered in Ukraine we do not have a call to support these poor people. Instead we have a call to support Cis gender pronouns. Love this company but management has serious issues which should be looked at. Maybe this is why stock price sucks. Priorities???

Not only did this happen, but the company lawyer railed against NC laws that forbids men to dress up as girls and go into girls bathrooms and locker rooms. Guess he didn’t see what happenned in California where that pour girl was attacked by a trans in a girls bathroom in. Dennys. What the hell is wrong with our Company.

 

This never happened NC law was never discussed.

 

The fact that this is even a conversation is sick. It is not our job to cater to less then 1% of the population who clearly have an issue. What they need is therapy, not us drooling over which pronoun to use to satisfy them. They can call themselves whatever they want but it’s not our job to live in their fairytale
