everyone spends their time talking behind someone’s back and waiting for their next move. Great place to be...NOT!!!

 

Fleming is one long nightmare and the one person who probably did more damage to the morale and the destruction of character and ethics in the leadership ranks of Galderma.

 

Thomas & Flemming, can you do us a favor and tell is what type of narcotic that you are on, we definitely would like to hallucinate and fantasize like you....... Things look very different in the real world.

 

Hmmm, let’s see.....

Little f2f access. No end in sight.

Self-absorbed leaders.

Soolantra generic in US.

Weak Nemo data.

No pipeline. no innovation.

High employee turnover.

Expensive back office.

Poor sales.

New VPs. no industry experience.

This doesn’t make sense!

This would be a complete 180 and I would be shocked after higher ups said the data wasn’t impressive.

Galderma passed. Data was weak and reimbursement wasn’t there.

 

Our pipeline is so empty. We have nothing.

 

With the exception of GSK, the big companies have sold their derm business as there is no money left. All focusing on biologics for moderate to severe indications. We’re not in that league. Our future is bleak.

 

May I sum this up for everyone.......... this place has lost its way. It’s a dumpster fire burning on a sinking ship. Get out now.......

 

Galderma makes us look like greedy egotistical assholes with zero empathy for our customers. It’s all about how much $$$ Fleming and Thomas can make for themselves.

 

Morale at Galderma is so bad. Those who joined years ago were so alive and happy. Now you feel the misery when you talk to colleagues. Private Equity with Flemming and Thomas at the helm has destroyed this once great company. Will morale get better? no way in the next few years. The pay is good but at what cost?
