CULTURE—What’s wrong here?

Has senior leadership yet said why our company stock can’t stay above $20? Since all the offices are open and reps are selling, I wonder what else it could be?

 

The answer is that the reps who’ve been here since the beginning and from mid-launch just can’t sell. All that eyecare experience is useless. A good rep can sell right through hyperemia and coverage issues. That’s why management was smart to higher fresh college grads and send them to boot camp. Those reps will do what they’ve been taught and the sales will blow through the roof.

The fact is that this company is misled from managers to marketing to RD’s! You can’t hold on to talent and treat the people here terribly. The culture is ruined you imbeciles and you can’t even see it. Measure this measure that, check this box check that box....you are measuring garbage cause these people are sick of it and just giving you shit! Notice no payout announced. Cause you know more are leaving! Repair the culture or your company is doomed!!!!!

 

vince don’t care. He’s already made his millions. Aerie is an ego thing for him. Him and his henchmen churned and burned Ista and they’re doing the same thing here. Q1 earnings were a disaster. They’ll continue to hire puppies out of college, pay them nothing and have them go out and sell off a script. The people who’ve been around here for a while? They ain’t gonna wait til they leave voluntarily. They’re going to start going over all those “metrics” with a fine tooth comb and they’re going to send folks with questionable “activities” packing. Cheap way to downsize. And get some revenge for all the bad mouthing on here too.

sales leadership wants retribution for all the trash talk on here. yes, their egos are that fragile. And they’re reading this CP crap daily and posting too when they get uppity enough. This is no giant pharma co. with tens of thousands of employees. This is a tiny company. Everyone is reading this. It’s all up close & personal. Heads are gonna roll!!!

 

These posts are hilarious. 90% of what is put on here is from competitive companies or idiots that have already vacated! If management doesn’t know this then wow there are issues in management.

Kissing the leaders asses at this place is so exhausting for so many of us. I hate doing it but it is a necessary evil.

 

This place was the worst decision I've ever made. Horrible culture, backstabbing people. The "leaders" here have a level of insecurity that is almost impossible to even comprehend. Probably because they have all been cast off, downsized out or fired from the big companies

 

Knew that about 3 days into the first national meeting. Thankfully I got a another job literally while I was there

 

ok Aerie sucks. Evan and Maria are the worst and we hate telling them how great they are. That is fact and has been established. You are a special kind of loser though to come on here 3 years after you left the company. It sucks but some of us want to ride it out. You need to get out of your parents basement and take off your mask and get some fresh air.

 

We first hired very tenured reps in the eyecare space. But you complained way too much and we couldn't properly motivate your over entitled, lazy asses. The constant whining didn't outweigh the sub part results you were getting. So we moved on to hiring newbies out of college, enterprise car rental salespeople, and Instagram models who are dumber than a bag of hammers but they don't complain the way you used to. We have gotten rid of almost all of you problem children, with only a few left to go then there will finally be some peace and quiet around here. So close, but yet so far.
