    How are you all launching in a pandemic? Are there any offices letting you in? Are you doing calls via Zoom?

    We call on Neurologists and most offices are open now.

    Dear Upper Management,
    Please have more self-awareness about the amount of conference calls you are conducting. Please remember those calls don’t move scripts. They justify corporate jobs only. We need more time to do what you hired us for and that is to make calls on doctors. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness with the Conference calls.. but we need to be in the field to move the needle not on a conference call day in and day out. You have covered the bases so let’s all move on and get back to business which is calling on more doctors than the amount of conference calls that we have in a week... thank you,

    Don't you understand that is their way of accounting for who's on these calls, like are we really engaged? Otherwise there is no accountability for most of us who are coasting during our 3 hour work days and most of that time isn't spent conducting sales calls.

    You may have difficult access still. Sorry for you. Maybe it will get better. If I can get in front of a doctor they write. Also, you must not have much drive time and I do,

    Expansion?????. I feel horrible for those poor people who were laid off.

    Just temporary. Rehiring will start up again soon but at much lower salary base and target bonuses.
    Those of you brought in last year at premium pay will be next on the chopping block.

    Now that’s funny!! Premium, freakin hysterical. No money, no pay, and a talentless roster that was inevitable from the jump when you start with laughable clowns all bounced out of their previous employers for scamming, government investigations, and best of all the guy shit canned in San Diego for splitting the salary of a managed accounts director on his team that had left the company 9 months prior. Pretty sweet deal right, he “doesn’t quit” on paper and him and his boss split the paycheck every two weeks.

    That is until Chucky boy ended up caught of course, gotta love those things that come out in government investigations and court proceedings.

    We are all screwed when these criminal investigations start to roll down hill. If your a premium paid rep that came over here a year ago, you might want to start looking.

    Amazing the amount of mindless BS that gets posted in CP.

    Speaking as a rep, this company is run very tight and compliance plus fiscal accountability are at the front center.

    Senior management is one of the best I have dealt with in my career and others in my team feel likewise.

    Please for the love of farm animals , STOP all of these webinar/conference call meetings! We want to sell!!! That’s why we were hired. Everything is so repetitive. Let the managers relay the important information to us. We are here to sell!!!!

    They sure have fired a lot of people. So many in such a short amount time. More than at my other company where I was at for many years. And Tri net had much much better health insurance. Can we go back to that??? Please. Please. Please..
