Contacted by a recruiter--thoughts?

    Segmentation was just a project started by folks in the training department that wanted to pump their numbers and get the promotion to AM.. tell me I'm wrong ;)

    Marketing folks love segmentation. The only segmentation that is good is when you can say WHY customers do what they do, not just segment customers by WHAT they do. Unfortunately, we always get the latter, and it’s useless. I don’t know if we can chalk it up to Training - I blame Marketing.

    That’s my point exactly. It’s rolled out; it’s garbage; it’s retracted; and then 2 years later it’s recycled again. Give it another year, and we’ll have a whole new spin to it.

    Don't work here. The only reason more folks aren't leaving is because of RSU's. Terrible culture and HR is a complete f....ing joke.
    No future pipeline.
    Oncotype is dead and Cologuard is nothing to ride home about.

    No real mission anymore either. We used to be focused on cancer detection, but now we seem to snap up companies without any communication as to how they fit into our mission. Instead we just change our mission statement to make it sound like it was our plan all along. I feel bad for anyone who works for a company we bought - we just trample over them as if they don’t exist. We’re just a hodgepodge now....

    Look, we’re a shit show in a lot of ways. Many people have worked elsewhere where things work better and they’re not surrounded by mediocrity. Don’t get pissy because people think we can and should do better.

    Just be quiet and sit at your desk! So obvious by the content of many posts that people on the inside are the complainers! We are too busy out here keeping the company afloat while you sit there and try to think of insults!

    You’re a moron, dude. Believe it or not, we are not all the same person in the field. Just because you’re too stupid to see anything wrong doesn’t mean the rest of us are equally as stupid. I know you want the world to revolve around, but it doesn’t. Don’t feel like you need to speak for the entire sales team.

    And, get off your “keeping the company afloat” high horse. Did you do the R&D? Ran those studies? Filed with the FDA? Run the supply chain? Created the marketing materials? Designed all the IT that supports our products? You run the lab? No? Shut the fuck up. You know nothing about what anyone else in this company does. You’re a small piece in the puzzle....and way too fucking stupid to speak on behalf of how the sales force feels. Crawl away now and go do your job.
