Does anyone have any information on this company? Thinking about applying but don't know anything. Any help would be appreciated.
If you need a paycheck, it's not horrible. Culture has changed for the worse. If you didn't work for Merck or Depomed, you'll never get promoted. Lot of turnover recently.
Honestly mods, this company really needs its own thread. What a terrible mess MS has made. Prepare for the exodus. Terrible leadership.
2 of 31 territories are on track to make goal. All others are around 30% to goal. Base and IC are below industry by 20-40k. Most accepted this because culture was great. They’ve essentially destroyed that with latest changes. Apathy among customers is terrible however leadership refuses to see it and has no responsibility for doses, just calling managers to call reps and ask why systems haven’t converted. Very top heavy agree with previous poster that turnover I second half of year will be high.
Great info. Is the salary range at least 130-150? Is anything being done to address majority of reps not making bonus?
No like previous person said, salaries are 20-30k below industry standards. It seems the company has taken the approach that if you don't like it here then you can leave. CEO just talked about culture on last call. Problem is that few in sales leadership is listening. June of 2020 I don't know anyone that would have thought of leaving but now I know of several who are actively looking.
Did anyone here actually think this would be a primary care job? They sold us a bill of goods. I’m gone as soon as I’m able.
I’m gonna apply for a Richmond sales opening. Can anyone tell me about the manager and the sales performance of this territory?
Richmond is at the bottom of the rankings. There are no managers here. They are called territory leaders and the Richmond leader is horrendous from what I’ve heard. I know first hand 3 of her reps are looking elsewhere and 1 is trying to get her fired to take over her position. Run!
I would say that there are no leaders here only managers. we need more pharmacists in charge of sales people
Im curious, what makes you think that pharmacists would make a good manager or leader of sales people?
