    Does anyone find it weird that all the women now have to record themselves and send a video to MB for review and judgment on a monthly or bi weekly basis? This company is sick.

    The role play, you are now required too do it with your tablet as if you are talking to your manager. You upload the video so the DIRECTOR OF TRAINING -MB- and your manger can belittle you.

    The women all still work here, mostly and they are required to do this because exeltis has no morals.

    Thank you for posting these threads JO. Once again you are clueless and delusional. EVERY rep, men and women, submit video role plays to help improve messaging performance. I love the concept BTW! MB does not review them or provide feedback...the manager does. You dont work here anymore so take your slanderous comments someplace else.

    Woah the people sitting in the PJ’s at home finally decided to respond to something.

    The fact that you guys allow this animal to still interact with women blows my mind. You could have moved him into HR they don’t interact with anyone at this company would have been the best job for him.

    The company culture is to micromanage the reps, overwork the managers, and get rid of upper managers/ceos.

    The "culture" ran off 90% of the original derm division in 2014. Not learning from that mistake, they ran off 90% of the backfills of that division in 2015. They then cut over half of those left (2017) before dumping the division (2018).

    Here is a challenge to Spain-how about conducting a 360 review and allow the FIELD reps to evaluate managers/uppermanager/ceo. Hire a third party so that your high school educated HR boss lady can't manipulate the data.

    My guess is that your macho-latin bravado is to scared to hear the brutal truth. Or you don't care about the reps. Take your pick.

    I find it interesting that since this thread was created that over 1100 views have occurred. There have been more views of this thread vs scripts of Slynd written in a territory (or district for that matter) over the 2 month time window.

    Some good news from this thread many of the women listed in the article ironically were promoted to managers out of the blue. Good for them.

    This companies math is just as bad on cafepharma as it is in calculating our ICP, if you come on here checking for comments to reply too 15 times a day how can there only be a “delta” of 2?

    It is a shame that Exeltis brands products for women and then micromanage and harass working moms for not making a call before 8:30 am. I am tired of the harassment. It is not like we can go to our HR director, NJ. She is a big part of the problem problem. She enables this environment. I am just ready to leave.:(

    Your remedial mind points out that you are most likely a manager or HQ employee. One does not have to be "tech saavy" to prove that this thread has now had over 1900 views.
