Building our company with rejects from failing companies...let’s see...bring in people accustomed to losing. If you came to Galderma it’s clear that no one else wanted you, as the good people bailed months ago...This is going to be a disaster as our pipeline is not all that compelling and we have weak teams being built. This is what happens when you have clowns running the business.

Galderma is an inept company. Best any former mid manager can do is land at a no name consulting group, low grade job, or a wannabe pharma company. So many people wishing for something more than what reality has shown = Galderma is a non starter.

My sources tell me that they had sales reps performing in front of Flemm like circus animals. Please don’t tell me it’s true. That’s so embarrassing. Wtaf is going on there!?

Did I hear right? Having Reps perform in front of emperor Flem like trained circus monkeys. Is this for real? I’m embarrassed for all of you.

Unfortunately I think things will only get worse at Galderma. Nobody wants to work for a company where they have no voice, and are treated like 3rd rate citizens. The place is mismanaged and corrupt. It’s not a company where leaders are interested in doing the right thing. Money and personal interest rule. It can’t get any better because we aren’t attracting good people. All those with knowledge have been let go. The worst environment I have ever seen.

The reps forced to role play At,key in front of Fleming and Upper Management should hire lawyers for mental anguish. So not the norm.
Aklief has no efficacy Fleming, it’s a bad product, a bad name , and the Derm’s think it sucks.

Aklief and Oracea are the future so better get used to it. Nothing new until 2024/2025. We got 3 more years of this junk.

It‘s a bad bad situation and the pipeline is so desperately empty. We have no bright future.

The combination of new senior leadership and the associated mismanagement and missing every opportunity to craft a reasonable strategic direction have steered Galderma into an unrecoverable implosion. Most of the top performers have been fired and accounts are no longer loyal. Continued mismanagement of the business and stupid organizational decisions has sunk the ship. If the correct people had been in place in key positions Galderma would have had a bright future. So sad as this situation was totally preventable. Now it’s too late to recover from. EQT has missed the opportunity and lost a lot of money through ill fated decisions and failure to take corrective action.

Quit your complaining. I heard we are going to have Mirvaso and Tri Luma fill the gap until Nemo is ready. Aklief, Oracea and those 2 will make us #1 again. Wow.

You’re in profound denial my friend. Nothing will make us #1 again. These times are long gone. There is only one way and that is out!!!

And a final note, dermatology is essentially primary care. I don't think it gets any of us closer to our ultimate goal of "specialty sales" or „biologics“.

Truth be told acne is dead. 90% generics and Derms want the shiny new toy.

Frankly, with the exception of a few that are short lived, all functions at Galderma are now filled with big pharma rejects that have come here as a place to hide and hopefully ride out the remainder of their career. The majority of leaders here are past their prime if indeed they ever really had a prime at any point in their careers. Useless blood sucking leeches offering zero value and putting a strain on the companies bank account.
