The most important asset in oncology is the sales force. Why do companies who want to be successful offer stock, big bonuses, great car allowances, spot awards, nice trips? It's really simple they are the make or break point from a successful launch to a failed one. Good managers are cherished as they are there to keep the reps happy. They know micromanaging calls, programs, extra spreadsheets will drive these reps away. The good ones are hard to find. Think about it! Marketing just puts together a nice glossy of the data from the package insert. They don't want to actually talk to doctors. Smart leadership thrives to get the best reps in the industry. They know that satisfies stock holders and makes whole organizations successful. Growth is all those organizations see and the culture is infectious. Something to think about when you have your next investor call.

Looks like Roland and Kress punked you again with the call them RSUS but offer them nothing .there couldn't be a better advocate for lonca than those two. Harvard will use those two as a case study of failed leaders and liars in the business department. Prediction, sales actually tank q2 and lots more people leave. Heard most of you won't make a bonus for q1.

Roland you are a primary care failure. This company is failing due to your lack of knowledge. You are costing this company money due to your stupidity and lack of knowledge. You are a joke who will be known as a failed oncology leader. If you actually paid your reps and quit trying to cut cost, you would still be a failure because your German stupid but at least that would have been the right direction. Trexler is a big loss!

So you are spot on regarding your assessment of Roland. Big Pharma Manager just wanting to further his career at the cost of others. But DT. Jesus what a bad leader. Check this. His entire executive leadership team is gone but SB and that’s because no one will hire him. So DT ain’t a big loss he’s the epicenter for the meltdown of this company. It all starts at the top. He sucks worse that Roland.

Here's the rumor on the incyte side. They invested alot of money in this drug and realized the incompetence in Morphosys leadership is causing the decline in sales. Incyte can't believe how badly they treated their sales force and know that along with rolands incompetence is killing their investment. Incyte knows paying real stock options, decent bonus, great benefits is part of a culture of reps that are proud to work for their organization. Senior leadership cringes anytime that moron Roland speaks, they know he's causing the decline of this drug, they had to do something to protect their investment. They know every morphosys rep is looking to leave and they felt they had to act.

Imagine having a premiere race horse that is running in the Kentucky derby. Incyte and Morphosys both own this stellar horse. Germany hires Roland who worked at the carnival running the pony carousel ride. Nicole ran the concession stand. Morphosys actually hired some great jockeys with tons of experience. They promised them a great opportunity with a great horse who has a huge future. The first race the horse destroyed the competition. The jockeys were starting to see some things where morphosys wasn't honest.

The second race was very unique, instead of paying the jockeys for just winning the race. Nicole wanted to pay the jockeys on how many horses they passed in a race. She called that "depth and breadth racing". She didn't realize this horse likes to lead from the front. Roland told the managers to micro manage how many times the jockeys used the whip on the horse. He kept giving the jockeys new whips and tracked how often they used them (Rte whips)

The poor horse was kept in an uncovered paddock without shade or protection from weather. The other horses get grain, water baths and rest. Our horse received moldy hay as grain was too expensive. When they put horse shoes on the race horse, they used steel draft horse shoes compared to the aluminum, light weight shoes the other race horses received. Roland believed in beating the horse daily and didn't believe in giving him rest, that's what he did with the ponies at the carnival.

The jockeys were promised stock options with the owners but were lied to. The jockeys had to drive their own cars to races but due to morphosys trying to save money the jockeys lost money on every trip.

The horses performance starts to decline. He has bruises from being whipped and poor nutrition. Incyte eventually has to step in and protect their investment.

I've noticed every time Kress or that pipsquick Roland speak they talk about streamlining and cost cutting. They like to talk about the commitment to the US team because they think we are stupid and they are smarter. How much money has their ideas actually cost the company? If I'm an investor I'm selling when I hear either name in a company. Thank you Nicole for leaving you have been the dumbest NSD I've ever seen. Let's look at what cost cutting and "German incompetence" and how much money you have cost the company. We did 22,000,000 in sales in the 4th qtr. I've never heard of a drug decline during launch, you idiots created the first. We did 15,000,000 the 1st Qtr of this year. Realistically we should grow 10%per qtr so instead of 24,000,000 you lost 9,000,000. You would have also set us up for exponential positive growth moving forward. We know you are selling this drug to Incyte and know we will be without a job. Thats why we wanted real RSUS that vest if the company sells to protect ourselves. Instead you wanted to cut cost and insult us with your offer. We agree Nicole was way too dumb for her role. If you spent 4.5 million which is half of what you lost you would have a positive growth curve and momentum for q2. Many of us have seen the ridiculous goals for q2 and insulted by your clueless understanding of what we do. Again I'm faced with no opportunity to make money so why try???? Managers are frustrated because all current openings remain open, nobody with talent wants to come here. Roland, look deep in your incompetent primary care brain. You are a failure as as a leader. Numbers don't lie!

Hi I am interested to see if you will say these things to Roland's face at the round tables he is hosting. Or will you hide behind your "anonymous" mask. I have personally never heard any of this expressed, and I am in all meetings with Sales. Or is it that you have no backbone, and instead of going after a manager position yourself, you stay a sales person reaping the money with none of the responsibility?

    WWWWOOOOWWW,
Says the person who cannot even speak up publicly in the company. The whole Leadership team thrived and learned so much, they moved on to new opportunities. And here you are, complaining, doing nothing. Still a sales manager, even after what? Did you put your neck on the line? Did you build a company while launching a product? Did you speak up, voice your concerns? Or did you say something once to a manager, take money, and do nothing? At least those who fail have tried. Assume responsibility for your ownchoices. You could have left as soon as you were not happy.

Spoke up, yes!!! Leadership didn't thrive, you ran them off!!! You didn't build the company, you ran people off. Being paid is the problem, you and Kress all you care about is profit. I just expect to be paid for the hard work I put into the company. If you were so focused on the patients, why not give the drug away and quit micromanaging the sales force. Truth hurts, welcome to cafepharma

I may still be a sales manager but you are a failed leader that has created a decline in sales after we had huge growth. I think I'd check your resume, its nothing to brag about your actions single handedly ran off 30 % of the sales team, 20% of managers and all leaders under you bolt. In Germany that may be ok but in America that is a case study of how not to run a company. Maybe you will learn from this and actually pay your people, if not people will continue to leave. This is your litmus test of how well your doing. Pay and people say, cut cost company fails. Real simple!

For those of us who already left this disaster, here is a bit of advice for those who actually think this ride will get better. Roland and Kress are only about saving money and blaming those when they don't get their way. Nothing will change here, they will tell you to hold on as they evaluate better benefits, motus, a good bonus plan. You will never get stock options, not because they can't, but mainly you are a stupid lowly reps and managers that are beneath them. Tell Roland what he wants to hear, look for another job and let sales decline. Even with the decline Roland will burn every one of you along the way. He will also fail but remember this is the culture he's created.
