Morale in the VBU so bad. Reps who joined the unit 5 years ago were so alive and happy. Now you feel the misery they feel when you talk to them a couple years later. Will morale get better, no way in the next couple to few years. The pay is good but at what cost?

I was a direct report to Camille Sun. Just like the hurricane Camille of 1969 and the divestation it caused in the south, she did the same to the VBU the past couple years.

If you believe that the divestation from Hurricane Camille was bad, you should have seen the devastation that it caused. It was worse.

The pay is OK. Specialty bases at almost every other pharma company start around $130k. VBU pays nothing in comparison.

Is this person still here? Who are the managers in UT? Looking at a job want to know who to avoid.

If you are looking at VBU you would be lucky to work for CB. He’s no nonsense hard worker. From what I know of him he would be decent manager.

By bible thumping do you mean he is talking religion with others. Don’t have a problem with that unless he’s shoving it down people throats. Not a weirdo at all. He is a good guy. Don’t work for him just known him along time. Ant hate a person just because they are a manager. There are few who wear that mantel but not him.

You can’t win. Even at work. One person shoving religion down our throats and the other side flying a politically correct flag at HQ. Insanity!

Actually it’s the evangelicals who are the most frightening to me. Kind of like the American ISIS.

Tim Myers is finally gone! That’s awesome news for the GSK reps in St. Louis. Although I never worked for GSK, everyone in the industry that worked in St. Louis knew what an absolute jerk he was. I always heard he was absolutely full of himself.

    Great call out!
There is no one on Paula Roses leadership team that will HONESTLY have a positive word to say about her. Supposedly she has a boyfriend now, so her hormone rages may have lessened, but she is still an evil, targeting, narcissist who cannot lead people. Only GSK let’s Bull females target and harass people without consequence because it is an over processed organization that tolerates mediocrity at every level. May the Rose wither snd die. NO ONE will miss her cold hearted soul.

Well said. Maybe Kim S. Can demonstrate that she has the balls that Al T. was missing and get rid of Rose for good. Her entire region will be grateful and Kim can show that she is a real leader.

Tim Myers is a tyrannical asshole. Micromanager, bully and liked to have sex with his tall and blonde friends at GSK, including sales representatives that worked under him and probably a FLL he had for a a couple of years. Moncef Slaoui should have called Tim on how to get away with fishing off the company's pier and get away with it.

My FLL is a complete idiot. Takes everything wayyyyyy too far. Makes a big deal out of nothing. You can see he sold his soul to the company ages ago. Comes off like he has your back, but he doesn’t.
