If the territories are doing so well...why is the stock price tanking?? Sure todays HB earnings call should be a big celebration. LOL

Pants on fire lies at HBS.

    1. Generational wealth
    2. Respectful workplace environment
    3. Transparency is key to our success
    4. Retention Bonuses
    5. HBS doesn’t tolerate retaliation
    6. 8-1 reverse split
7: Employees are proud to work here
    8. HR will fairly investigate complaints
    9. Your RBD’s brag on every one of you
    10. And finally, the big lie and all time favorite
    “Good things are coming”

    All of you in sales
Look at your resumes and see how many jobs you have changed. And of course all your prior employers are bad and you were too good for them.
PUHLSS, everyone knows sales people come n go. You go where you get more $$ n less of goals. And if you think anyone gives a second thought the moment you leave, you live in your own mind.

Well then stop hiring sales reps if we're so meaningless. Save yourselves a ton of money!! Get out there and hustle your damn selves. Then tell me how you like it Mr pencil pusher that literally brings nothing to the bottom line.

    You missed the point.
Seems like the message hit the spot.
Universally employees sales folks change jobs every 2-3 years. Very few who stay longer.
Non sales folks stay bit longer 5-8 average.
But seeing you all act holier than thou is most amusing.

Looks like Dierks is building his generational wealth while the rest of us continue to get screwed. Congratulations jerk. Karma is a bitch. You and the few others at the top have earned your place in hell.

I hate working here! Culture is toxic and my RBD is just plain spiteful, mean, and petty. Countdown is on!

A lot of people mention rbd, is your regional business director the same as a regular manager or is the rbd in charge of managers? Thank you

RBD is the manager - instead of "District manager". VP of Sales is in charge of managers and he is an incompetent tool and everyone knows it. Kathy is a nice lady - wasn't my manager so can't speak to that specifically. Leadership is the worst in the industry. I realize this is said all over these boards but the demoralization of the sales force by the home office is like nowhere else. Turnover is very high, about to get worse, and they don't care. As a member of sales you hold zero value to the company, make your (excessive) goals so the C-suiters can get rich, or leave. Just read this board back to day one and you will have a clear picture.

Why are people surprised when really good people leave? Harmony is bleeding high performance individuals and HR is blind to the fact that the issue is poor leadership at the VP and RBD level! August can’t come soon enough!

Preach it! RBD leadership promotes fear and threats! HR department is non-existent and if they were, they’d investigate some of these RBD’s threatening behavior!

Bill is an absolute moron. He can't even give an explanation for why goals are the way they are. How does a district that is 80 over there goal get the smallest increase? How does a rep that sis over 40 only go up a couple. Yet districts that have struggled keep getting punished. Also Bill, divide the number of prescriptions in a district by the total number in the nation. Your numbers don't match up and justify quota increases.

Saw there was a regional business director position open for PA. Anyone have any insights into this role (why is it open, how is the region, pay range, etc)

Not worth it… look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and look at the other posts before even thinking about applying at this awful company.

The manager was squeezed out, due to the good old boy network. She never felt appreciated. I did not report to her but her direct reports seem to have liked her.I would say unless you’re really desperate for a job, that look elsewhere. The company appears to be in a freefall.

Thank you! I appreciate the honest and professional feedback regarding the PA RBD role. Looks like I’ll hold off on applying!
