Thoughts? Sounds like a good gig but East Area Director is a nightmare.

National Sales Director hired two of her friends from Genentech for the three RD roles. Not necessarily the strongest NSD I have ever met so time will tell.

Ewwww!! Bad sign. Those who don’t know are usually the type to put their friends in close positions. I’d be scared

No info on IC Plan. Thought that was odd.... niche product. Take a look at Regeneron sales of this product ‘17, ‘18 ‘ 19.

Orphan drug/rare disease, product works great for target population... BUT reps will have a rough time getting into top accounts necessary to do well because of COVID... territories are massive because of small target population and specifically targeted at large IDN’s and teaching hospitals... Definitely a good drug, sounds like it could be a good gig for the right person...

So sad that there is almost no interest in this drug and even worse that when patients are identified reimbursement is next to impossible... anyone else feel like we were sold a bill of goods to come here? Where are the resources to sell this drug? Even better, where is my freaking Volvo??

Back in the day Genentech had great science = great drugs. All you had to do was show up with a meal and smile.

Not sure if that brand of management will work here but as you mention time will tell. NJ is bright and passionate which is apparent and will serve us well.

Maybe the drug is a dog?

Anyone else freaking out over hitting quota this quarter? A few CSS have left and I'm wondering if I should start looking. Lots of opportunity out there right now.

So this company is expanding. Looks like another quick hit short term specialty biotech gig for someone who doesn’t mind taking risks. The only people who usually make money at these companies I’m management and leadership who wants the company is bought cash in their stock options and move onto the next short term job. Bio tax used to be a quiet place to start over 20 years ago, now they’re way too risky and have medication‘s that are next to impossible to get approved. How is it to work here as a rep?

Just look at the reviews on Glassdoor and indeed. Employees are saying that it's a nightmare. They don't pay enough to be a rare disease product either only between $150,165,000 maximum. I heard people have to put up with a a lot of micromanagement and crap. I just did my research on the company because they approached me for an expansion position. At this point of the game I don't think it would be a good gig for me but you guys have to do your own research on this.
