To our US colleagues - brace yourselves! This has happened in many places around the world and it seems it’s your turn now. Good luck everyone and run for the exit.

After the epic success story of Restylane Kysse, the idiots at Galderma fire you?! You deserve so much better. Good luck Alisa and FU Galderma.

PLEASE don’t make it sound like Alisa was beloved. Brenner trash talks her every chance he gets. She’s entitled, difficult to work with, and cannot pick leaders to save her ass. I mean DF?! Buh bye Lask. Don’t let the door hit you on your way out.

Don’t assume she was fired. She may have worked out a deal back when Nestle sold Galderma. That’s fairly common for business heads to negotiate staying on for 12-18 months after a sale and then leaving with millions.

Nope. That is not the case. Can confirm.

Yes she did not leave on her own free will. That much is true. Timing is odd as Ax doing very well so must have been an issue that needed immediate attention and resolution.

Flemming, Galderma’s CEO, has been firing seasoned, high performing senior executives for the last 12+ months without any reason. Anyone in a leadership position hired during Stuart’s tenure is considered incapable, irrespective of performance.
There is no reasonable explanation other than our CEO is crazy. It’s just the beginning in the US. Miles, Alisa and many more to follow soon.

How can EQT sit around and let this disaster continue? We need answers!

EQT does not owe you or anyone in Galderma answers. Only the investors can demand answers. You are free to go like so many have already done if you are unhappy. New era.

No reason. Our CEO is just on a mission to get rid and replace anyone from the old crew. Crazy guy!!!

People don’t get fired for no reason.
