Agreed. That would take a CFO/Investment Banker CEO not a “commercial guy”. “Commercial” CEO’s are sales and marketing people who have had very little experience in brokering deals. RP will go where he is comfortable and get into all things commercial, implement some of his stuff from companies past and take full credit for any positive blip in the number...and blame the sales team’s execution if we remain flat.

PM and JD’s days are numbered as RP will start bringing in his own crew. No one takes that job unless they can bring their own people...

 

You’re likely right. RP brings in a bunch of yes-man cronies. Nothing worthwhile or smart gets done. He bails after 18 - 24 months. Buckle up.

Most of the former Onyx/Amgen people will leave on their own…which will please RP and SC.

 

Yes, and the original Kyprolis folks know how this will likely play out. J and T will be next to leave, either on their own or get fired like P. They want ‘their’ people in those roles as it’s the only way ‘their’ way of doing things works. Mass exodus at the HOS level will ensue…which is what R and S want. As the RBD’s leave they will backfill them with Amgen people.

Wish I could say it was a good run…but it really wasn’t. At least at Onyx we made some money before having to work for the Amgen nut jobs…not so here. Waste of the last 2.5 years…
