Yes I heard the same thing from inside that EQT believes Cetaphil will continue to lose ground and will become #3 in market. Best to focus on highly profitable Rx business and invest in there. Finally something that makes sense.

 

It makes sense to unload the consumer business. High investment required to defend Cetaphil vs CeraVe. Business could finally be sold to Unilever.
