    Lane had a few good years selling, nothing more. Likely suprised he was even promoted.

    Jason is an excellent trainer. And still would be. Clueless otherwise.

    Both lack leadership skills. And the respect of their team. RB was an idiot to put them in their positions. And upper mgmt is to blame for not being involved/paying attention.

    Lane was promoted bc his sales were good for a while, nothing more, was likely surprised himself he was ever promoted. Not a leader.

    Jason? An excellent sales trainer. Not a leader, too self absorbed.

    Neither have the respect of their teams.

    MK is the ROLE MODEL.

    RB was a complete idiot for promoting either of them. Upper mgmt is to blame for not paying attention.

    Jason? An excellent educator. Too self absorbed to be a leader. Unfortunately on a climb without substance.

    Neither regions respect them, many reps run circles around them. Upper mgmnt is to blame for not paying attention. RB made devastating decisions.

    JB on the West is awesome.

    Am convinced the only person who misses Ron is Ron who likely made the last post. No one misses that incompetent control freak. No one.

    Omg Théa IS HORRIBLE. Worst company I've ever worked for
