Another useless IM conference call. No specifics on RTF or re-org. “Weeks not months” my ass. I’m assuming at this point no one is going back in the field until they roll out all these changes. They are stalling as much as they can and our “leadership” is so full of shit.

Yep, morale has been crushed with no rtf and no timeline to come back. They keep saying that we will return to field in weeks and not months. We will be in our 2nd month in June so that statement will not be true soon! Since we don’t have any training on rtf and proof of vaccine via e-mail communication it looks pretty bleak in returning soon. Unfortunately it looks like after June POA or maybe in 2nd semester. And maybe after they do the transformation or Bold moves 3.3 in a month or two! So after that maybe? Unbelievable! Other pharma companies are laughing at us! They and offices say so let me get this right - you make the vaccine and you are the only company not returning?! Nope we are doing virtual! They say no offices want to do virtual! Nope, but the reps have nodded their heads that virtual is great when they lie and know it’s not great! So, upper management and lying reps faking virtual calls all have blame in this false virtual future with Pfizer!
Lots of lying, cheating reps out there pretending to do virtual excellence when most of us know it is total BS! They have created this! My docs laugh and say....sounds like pfizer has a lot of confidence in their vaccine.
