The lack of confidence isn’t in the pipeline, it’s the execution once the pipeline comes through. Don’t think the street will ever let BMS off the hook for Opdivo losing the market to Merck.

    Yet that sales force remains

While you’re correct about execution, Morgan Stanley literally said they are “uninspired” by the pipeline and downgraded us after earnings.

Add in a $70B+ buyout of Celgene that won't net near the debt and I bet more downgrades in the future.

But what else was out there that our Socialist Pope could have purchased?

I believe that post did recognize the display of discontent as useless, and asked for an additional or more impactful action...did you not study English?

Any chance the Italian will step aside next year?

Only if voted off the island.

Ever notice how long dead bodies collect paychecks at BMS for doing nothing except mumbling all day?

This company is a great annuity to/for the walking dead.

If he did the stock would go up at least $10/share as long as they don’t pick anyone from his leadership team to take over.

And replace him with a bigger dope? With BMS it is a real possibility given the talent pool is quite shallow.

None of them in the senior management is impressive to take over the company. They need to be replaced. They have just been sugarcoating to the shareholders. Check which company delivered the shareholders value with respectable stock price;; which company delivered the Covid solution; which company is leading in the PD1 race. The name missing is BMS.

More concerned with Woke and that silly bike ride than selling pharmaceuticals.

Hey fellow, the reps don’t deliver on the stock performance. The senior management does. Tell them to get their act together.

Oh don’t foget about building capabilities that just keep making BMS bloated. The board should build the capability to throw him and his crew out on their butts!!
