Why is anyone surprised that Alex would lie under oath. He was the head of Jansen Pharma and look at all the lawsuits filed against them. Don't let his West-point background and image fool you. He is a corrupt lying snake looking to enrich himself with his exorbitant salary and stock options. He surrounds himself with "yes" people that blindly follow him often being forced to compromise their moral values. J&J lost its moral compass years ago. Shameful!

Looks like there are some steps taking place to separate the CEO and Chairman roles (personally this is about time)........

Is Joaquin ready to take on the CEO role and have Alex be Chairman? Or will it be new people, what do you all think?

And don’t forget the 4 years he was hiding @ Novartis.

Funny about this one. We are not getting rid of them, we are rebadging Fine Fairness to Bright Boost across the world. Same ingredients since we never truly had anything whitening.

What's most disturbing is the load of crap being said. One Asian VP who was in Consumer and pushed out and now resides in Medical Devices expounded the virtues of not truly understanding her Asian background until she moved back to China as an Adult. Yep that cost the company a cool couple of million a year to do that and to beat all this lady VP was the same one that helped create the insight and knowledge that Asian women wanted lighted skin and that fairness was a value. The fairer you were the prettier you were...but now she suddenly gets religion and feeds LinkedIn a load of crap. If you are a VP at JNJ you lack a soul...

    #11 Feed. Pharmaceuticals.
Yes, I agree, Janssen CVM has basically quit all sales Promotion for one past Blockbuster drug Invokana. This Leadership has done a terrible job with Managed Care Coverage of only 38%. This type of management needs to be fired ASAP. Taking the number 1 prescribed SGLT2 Type 2 diabetic drug in class and running it into the dirt to last place, Pathetic Leadership. This was a Billion Dollar Product a short period ago. Even today, most Endocrinologist says the best in Class.
This Company is now a One Drug sales promotion with the same number of Sales personnel. Over sized Sales force. Again, upper Leadership protecting their own job with Not enough promotable products.
Merge, downsize immediately. This is not the way to run a J & J franchise. I’m appalled at this non style of Leadership.

Remember, some years ago , someone had to know the business to get promoted. Now, anyone will do especially if you're young and low cost. The chickens have come home to roost with this approach. Most of them couldn't sell anything

Medical Device is just not growing anymore and they still got Scholomies sticking around, I guess they can't get rid him like that other french "lady" that pretty much does nothing in Ethicon.

Sell or spinoff consumer already, its a drag on stock price.

Also super surprised that Alexis is still around, I guess Covid really put a hamper on JnJ's succession plan, isn't it time for a white woman to take on the helm at good ole' JnJ?!

Yeah, AG is the OLD stereotype of a J&J leader. Serve in the military and shoot to the top.

Looks like JnJ vaccine won't be coming into Australia and the CDC just said that it is recommending pausing the use of JnJ Covid vaccine due to blood clot (all women, under 50 years old and 1 fatal in the USA).

Where is the science and medical leadership on this issue? Seems that lack of transparency and data from that team. How disappointing......

Mentor is back on the chopping block, Schlomi's empire is shrinking again ...... hopefully he's the next one to "retire"

There should be a reckoning inside JnJ ala me too movement; Mathai, Schlomi, every single sales leader with an almost all female, busty, perky, all blonde (well, fake blondes included too.... lol) sales force......

Have y'all seen who's been promoted to Sr Directors lately in R&D, Market Access, etc. all women with a*s credentials, not even a decade of real experience (and promoted by men with an "agenda").......

All that work with the Covid vaccine and no one is even using it, how many millions of doses are expiring soon? Such moronic failure from development to manufacturing. Sad state of affairs here.

Hot off the press, 60 millions doses unusable, 10 million will be allowed to be used with a WARNING and millions more vaccine doses in limbo. The FDA stated that they no longer need the JnJ vaccine as there are enough production of Pfizer and Moderna Vaccines. JnJ Execs apparently had no comment (why would they, all those JnJ Execs will still get their million+ bonuses and stock options). But LAYOFFS for all others.

And just like that, Joaquin becomes CEO (that was already kinda written on clay stones when he became Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee)...... will he have the same blunders? Risperdal? Hip Implants? Mesh? Tylenol? Opioid Crisis? Talc? Covid-19 Vaccine? Time will tell or maybe it already has........

The real question here is will Joaquin rock the boat and change Sr Leadership in 2022? Who will be out and who's going to be named to replace him as Vice Chairman......
