    It's sad to hear such racist venom on these posts. I've been in this business for over thirty years and it's extremely rare to see people of color in positions of leadership. The numbers don't lie. There are less than a handful of CEO's of color in our major corporations. Why is that? Is it because only white people are capable of leadership? I have seen so many times white people get promoted who were definitely unqualified and terrible managers. It's called white privilege. White people, by and large, hire and promote other white people. Are there some managers who truly look at the best candidates, regardless of color? Absolutely. Sadly, just not enough.

    When we began focusing on the paucity of workers of color in our company I was hopeful that there would be meaningful, positive change. I haven't seen it.

    And there are POC that are unqualified and terrible at their jobs here, too. But because they are a protected class, they get to stay. How does that promote equality? It doesn't. And we all see it.

    Exactly. Most of the diverse leaders are overqualified for their job. Versus the numerous white persons in leadership that are under qualified.

    Over my years as a pharma rep, I have had more men of color as managers than women of any race at all.

    Guess your a pharma rep in the third world, because that statement is bullshit. Novartis oncology in the north east hire mediocre managers and sales reps. Yeah they are white. Especially the one who's wife works in HR. You know the Trump supporter.

    and because you are a whitebread elitist tool, you cry to anyone who will listen about how you are the one who is being unfairly treated even though your frat bro bullshit never understood why poc complained about being discriminated against just because the color of their skin. i bet you are the guy that goes up to any black man in the company and says "wussup brother!" and then later complain about not being able to use the n word. guys like you are like cockroaches in this industry. you run up bar bills at poa's, make inappropriate comments about everyone and then get promoted to leadership after posting shit numbers year after year. then when you get in management, you act as if though there is no struggle in the field. you're a used car salesman who thinks this job is the closest thing to being a respectable physician. you're in sales dude. and not even a good sales job. you're a tool, loser, douche. go screw yourself.

    I’m sorry if you want to spend your day wallowing is this open cut never ending bullshit all day and night. Grow a thicker skin. There are sick people out there that need out meds to improve their daily function. Now go to work and stop the playing nice and bad in the sandbox stuff . Work, work, work andyou won’t have time for this turmoil. Work!
