You are apparently one of the disgruntled ones who cant even get a phone interview for another job.
For your mental comfort before you are axed, Being below avg is half the population.
I agree with the poster, most of the smart GOOD reps have bolted because they are Strategic, Smart, and Great Judgement. The only good reps remaining are those within 10yrs of retirement 45-50yrs old. The rest who are still here are avg at best.
The talent is so watered down from what we had a few yrs ago. You see it on conference calls, webex mtgs, both reps & managers are weak overall skills. Sad but true.

Depends on LOE & number of current products to sell. All divisions except for maybe Rare Disease will have min of 15% layoffs with some like I&I might reach 50%.
IDK if any division will be totally collapsed 100% like Cluster 3 was or Neuro, Psych or Opthomology was.
But yes do agree w you that all divisions will have layoffs. That's a given as the INDUSTRY learned 10yrs worth of things the last 18months, including less is more and virtual has a permenent place in some capacity and finally Contract companies assume a lot Liability that can be transferred w CSO (also better control on what is said from HR prospective

Regardless Xeljanz is burnt toast and in bigger trouble than IM
Probably the division most at risk given FDA hammer, only 3yrs LOE, loosing 2022 formularies, and zero pipeline until 2025 2026

    Can not be soon enough.
These 2 rep territories stink & not enough to do. The Culture is the worse in corp America barr none

Bingo! The Grim Reaper came with change of leadership couple years ago and everything imploded to the depths of hell & beyond.
Even HQ people want OUT yesterday.

It doesnt matter anyway as even if all 300 are kept Xeljanz only has until 2024--- the division has no pipeline if any Phase 3 and the closest out was a Lupus compound fast tracked to launch 2027 but that has since been canned with kidney & liver issues.
So now the one of a few in pipeline closest out is 2028 so in order to prevent a total 100% division collapse in 3yrs, Pfizer needs to buy an Immunology product asap or Xeljanz will have a Headstone in the Graveyard next to Neurology, Phych, Opthomology, AI & Cluster 3 with a quote "Another One Bites The Dust"

Find something asap in another division & save yourself (also the Culture & Leadership will be 100x better as well as the LOE runway)

At this stage of Xeljanz life cycle, when sales go down like cliff last few years, Xeljanz went up in 2020 with all reps home & no reps selling. So that validates we do not need reps these last couple yrs of LOE. I m looking 24-7 now that companies are hiring again.
Good luck to all as it will not be with Xeljanz.

By now we all know that Xeljanz division has poor leadership & bad hires the past few years. Until a couple of years ago, all we heard in Vaccines was how great Xeljanz was, how awesome the culture was, how they were fastest drug to hit billion dollars...yada yada.
It was utopia in the Xeljanz division & Derm sucked in I&I.

Well couldnt be more 180 opposite the last few yrs. The entire Pfizer universe know the division is a mess from the non leadership skills at the top to the reject IM reps and need to retire reps in the field.
Even shareholders know it is our worse incompetent division w 3x more reps than needed.
So we all know & get it. No more need to speculate about the future as regardless Jan 2025 it will be all gone anyway.

2012-2018: Rocking w soaring sales and known within the company as one of the better divisions. Fastest individual Pfizer product ever to $1 Billion. Talent was super clinical best of the best.

2018: Tomahawk Bunker Buster Missile when more than doubled the sales force from 115 to 250 reps & DMs 10 to 28. Flooded division with marginal talent reps & DMs level.

2019: WW3 Super Nuke Bomb with promotion of new Pres & VP who were not qualified to even be a DM--- BJ show that imploded Culture, Talent, Sales, Motivation.....
Turnover since 2019 under this leadership is highest % of any division in global Pfizer per internal memo from HR to Frank Q1.
(32% just last 18 months, some districts 80% turnover past 12months)

All is left of the once best of best divisions is for the Ashes to settle upon 2024 LOE.
Sad but perfect example of what poor leadership & decision making wil quickly do to even the best of divisions. It is not a cruise control plug & play Pres & VP & RD positions.

Funeral cant happen fast enough so I get my 250k severance.

The Best already left for Oncology, Vaccine, Rare Diseases or Cellgene/BMS , Biogen, AZ Abbvie, Amgen.

    A 1/3rd turnover
Over 65% turnover of original 125 reps we had before expansion whom build this brand from launch to a $2billion yr product before doubling salesforce
    HQ has had 100% turnover.

    In your wildest dreams.
Maybe 76 PT Virtual Reps but will be lucky if we have 70 live reps given the 1 rep per territory launch model they will deploy.

Agree, 70-80 reps even too many with our restrictions.
Hearing from docs that we will be 2-3 Step Edit restricted in Jan if not pulled with the class action lawsuits.

    We are sooooo screwed!
VP Vic, John, and RDs Chris John.
And DMs Ashley Mary Kelly Chris Dave Desiree, Brandon, Dave all saw coming.

I was clueless buying into lies of Bitresse & Jeff Lot. Now I am stuck on a ship already 90% under water sinking like a boulder that all I can do is wait for the ocean graveyard with the rest of my peers blind clueless losers
