Upstate NY manager

Upstate NY cardio DBM....heard nobody wants to work for her. Gets reps fired and can not fill open positions.

I’m on west coast and love my manager -thank goodness. Like metric reports updated weekly or what?

 

Has calls audited to see if rep was actually there

Can not be trusted. Has husband working at another company makes her reps help him.

 

Really, I thought she was well liked, if it’s who I think it is. Is she the manager who won an award recently?

 

Yes. She is not respected in the industry. I heard had a hard time filling a vacancy. Husband is not either works as a rep different company.

 

Helping her husband do his job another drug company. Sharing business plans etc

 

Team needs to go to HR on her. Unbossed yeah ok.

 

I should notify HR. Weird I heard from another rep her husband was recently fired
