    MS is getting cut we know that is coming. No need for 2 reps start looking now.

    2 reps…in some cases its 4-5 reps who overlay territories. Definitely need to realign and give each rep own geography. That would be motivating and promote unbossed culture.

    Timeframe? I am thinking October get everyone off the books before the new year. Good luck to everyone in MS. I was an Amovig rep and should of left a long time ago.

    Following NS townhall based on Leverne's statement's it is clear by this fall a huge downsizing will occur. Writing on the wall.. "Not about head count" according to her. But when October comes and they "displace" a large number of sales and ABLs it will be in the as part of the big bold customer obsessed plan for twice as many patients, twice as fast (rolls eyes). She will cry, thank everyone for their relentless dedication to help twice as many patients, twice as fast (AKA E suite bonus) and another flood of NS employees will be looking for jobs.


    Wonder if more MSLs will be let go, and if the axe will include TLLs, FRMs or AMs.

    How do you think Vinny boy got his directors spot?? Kissed everyone's ass from his ABL spot in DC up to home office... that dude has no substance or knowledge outside of corny music trivia or dumb quotes he comes up with. Alicia loved how he complemented her shoes every day.... Heck he even failed his piss test when he started here....too much ambien and pain killers. Thank God I'm in another division.

    Layoffs are coming don't let them fool you. Enjoy your summer don't work that hard. You will be let go soon. I know this because I work inside. The good news is the package to leave is fair.

    Not all will be let go but realignment will happen. we are in a launch and Kesimpta has high expectations.

    Incremental changes with the goal of having full implementation—transform/perform strategy-by next year.

    More disappointed that live meetings were pushed to take place with covid spreading again -vaccinated or not —putting all with the possibility of getting sick which already happened at other meetings.

    Virtual meetings are effective. not everyone is comfortable going around others in closed spaces!!!

    I know of 3-4 who will be leaving once the trimester ends —sometime in Sept so maybe if those territories don’t get back filled that will help with head count.
