Just saw the rep in Vegas resigned. So many high performers are jumping ship. How is it that reps that never did much of anything got management roles or “new positions”?

Evan what’s with all the people leaving? It’s constant! Aren’t you going to address this with everyone? Cmon be a leader and be transparent!!

Of course he isn’t. They don’t want anyone to know who leaves or why. We already know why.

you don’t work here if you don’t know why… if you do work here it is definitely not in the Southeast…. With MZ’s big mouth trying to lead it is a wonder so many of us have stuck it out…

Do not posts personnel issues on the internet. Employment status is private information!

if you’ve been here since launch, you’re doomed.
You can’t compete with 20 something yo robo-reps.
That’s what management wants and they’re on a campaign.

It’s not that older reps can’t compete, it’s that tenured reps run from the opportunity to work here. They know better. Failing products will only be able to keep 20 somethings. It makes sense to hire them.

When you work for a company with a product that will never be more than max med therapy the answer is obviously just do more speaker dinners! Thanks leadership for showing us the way.

A territory vacancy is NOT a personnel issue you dope! There was no name or situation mentioned.
The rep in that territory is an amazing person and a real lose to this organization. Over the past two months we lost 3 top performing reps, that went out of there way to help others succeed. Given recent hires and promotions , I’m very nervous about the future of this company.

Hyperemia unfortunately will always be a limiting factor.

KOL’s & specialists put all territories at a huge advantage. Major inequities amongst TAM’s but leadership will continue to turn a supposed blind eye and ask what could you do differently. How about don’t let your Allergan failures choose their geographic boundaries to tilt their territories. There are people getting things done here that have gotten more out of less but we will continue praising those with the advantages. These are meds driven by specialists, the more specialists the more opportunities to get used.

Mid year reviews...let’s see how subjective these become. Performance and results can be measured all the other stuff they’ll try to throw at you is if they have an agenda or not. Terrible leadership and quite a few terrible people in these positions!

The issue with the products being driven by mainly glaucoma specialists, is a real problem. Marketing has put together some very poor strategies and lacked clear direction over the years. Without expanding the base of prescribers to cornea specialists, general Ophthamologists & ODs these drugs will never do any better.

Why is there so much turnover?
Why is management team so weak?
Why do we never hear from sr management?
Why do direct questions never get answers?
