Nothing that’s worthwhile ever comes easy. Maybe if you work a little harder instead of complaining - you might be happier and successful. Just saying-negativity just attracts more negativity so maybe start being positive??

I agree with all of this. And it’s not being negative. It’s being realistic.

 

I know for a fact that downsizing is about to occur. And it’s nationwide.

Upper mgmt might call it a reshuffling or a re-distribution of footprint.

 

just a feeling, past experience or actually know this will happen?

 

Why would they be downsizing if Syneos is actively hiring for sales reps right now? Lol
