Exactly something she would say. She is full of herself. Her "success" went to her head. She just isn't a nice person.

 

Not a diversity hire as she has long career in pharma. But also not a pleasant person in general.

 

Her credentials are all there, she is more then qualified, but with that said, she isn't nice or friendly at all. She has big ego and isn't scared to flaunt it.

 

Well then, how about this? FUCK YOU!!

 

This thread is so wrong. She is tough, no doubts, but remember she is not your friend, she is your boss or colleague and a person who has shown she can be successful.

Gimme a break! I interviewed with her. She’s not nice, not organized and def NOT cute! She was unprofessional and unprepared I almost felt embarrassed for her. Almost. She was talking all about what she’s done and how great she is, but didn’t know much about Ironshore. She said she was new but come on! She’s just a ball buster that believes she’s smarter than everyone else! How do all of the bullshit/power hungry managers keep getting hired? Heard from another rep at one of her old companies I dodged a bullett.

 

She was late to my interview and kept asking me to hold on while she answered phone. Very inconsiderate

 

She is an excellent example of someone who is/was good sales person but not a good manager of people.

 

Ferring produces some real big A-Holes so no surprise
