CULTURE—What’s wrong here?

    Bingo. Such a poor launch and poorly run business in general. No wonder why reps have no motivation. Morale simply continues to sink from coast to coast.

    Started sinking about 3 days into the first national meeting and has never recovered.
    A few of you were lucky that doctors already had patients on therapy before you were even hired. You are getting the company morale you deserve, while the band of crooks running the place laugh all the way to the bank.

    the launch was not poor. Decent company. Good products. Terrible leadership.

    Worst part is inequities on how folks are treated, territory discrepancies that aren’t recognized and the fact that the people recently brought in or promoted (past 18 months) have weakened the company! A company should strengthen through its people and decisions unfortunately here at every move it’s been weakened!

    Agreed! Unless you friends with someone in leadership, you will never get ahead.

    The management team (DM’s & RSD’s) and their terrible hiring decisions the last 18 months are the problem. Look at the last 8-10 DM’s put in a district and the last few RSD’s promoted. WEAK!

    I urge you to rethink this new targeting roll out! There are major mistakes made after reviewing multiple territories and if we go down this path it’s going to negatively affect our business at a large scale level! Whoever was paid to do this analysis owes Aerie a refund! Evan if this is your doing you better not follow through it could put a huge mark on you. The whole thing is a disaster and if there was field input you had the wrong representatives working on it (but would not be surprised there). Talk to your people and see what they say about the garbage you handed them!!

    They spend money to get this garbage result. Evan is a fukin idiot. Can’t believe he thinks this is a good idea at this point in the life cycle of these last line products. What does he have on tom and Vince? How did he get his job? Definitely not his speaking skills.

    Desperate times calls for desperate measures. Aerie is desperate to get business. Rolling out new targeting mid year is idiotic. But that’s the leadership here. Why don’t we go back to Pulse Targeting? That worked… oh wait, that failed as well. Just idiots…

    So many hiring decisions made behind closed doors. The culture is horrible!

    Senior management can’t figure out how to run the company, RSD’s are not intelligent at all, 60% of immediate managers are incompetent and just plain clueless and they have no idea how to retain employees!!! Turnover is the highest in eye care! Every share granted or purchased is either worthless or has lost money. Nice return to shareholders!

    If my stupid manager gives me anymore of this worthless garbage company stock I’m going to call him out for what he is. How Maria hired some of these people is terrible. They pretend they are rewarding us and think we are dumb. We were excited about the stock when we started. No one is excited anymore. Especially Wall Street. This thing will be under $10 in no time. The spin from leadership is so funny to listen to. Give us a raise. Put the stock you want to give us in the toilet

    The board of directors needs to take a close look at the leadership in this company. They need to begin cleaning house.

    These assholes have made millions and millions off their stock. Look it up. They can somehow buy shares for nothing and sell them for a profit

    And they send us "learning" on insider trading.
    I wouldn't buy this stock if someone gave me free money.
    Shorting the stock is the only way to make money on AERI.

    Too little transparency!
    Leadership is a mess—-stay tuned it’s worse than you think!

    Great products. Terrible leadership and culture. Treat employees like trash. Looking but not that hard. They do pay decent.
