Why have that company conference call only to confuse more people? You two executives don’t care because your families and jobs are not at risk! Easy to deliver sensitive information when it doesn’t pertain to you. The people I am extremely sorry for is Team 1, they definitely were arbitrary about your futures and when that may occur.

The facepalm moment was when Jim Sage said he would be HAPPY to answer the question about layoffs and then proceeded to say (in a roundabout fashion) that there will be layoffs. Furthermore, the guy puts me to sleep with that monotone voice.

This is more stressful than waiting for my first AIDS test to come back in college. At least with that one I was confident that it should be (and was) negative. BM 3.3 however I have no clue whether I will have a job and more importantly what will it entail?

…but they really do care about us and understand what we are feeling. FYI don’t thank us for our sales when we are not paid out on our numbers.

I am telling you this vaccine has allowed the psychopaths in the C Suite to take off the masks and stop pretending they are sane. That M. Dolsten looked drunk or high when he was talking w Angela. That or he was off his medication.

His facial expressions didn’t match his words. Then he had this goofy smile like he was thinking of something in the beautiful mind of his. Talking about garages then his train of thought went to car parts and how its like the vaccine and COVID. Angela looked like she wanted to get out of the screen. Her face was like wtf is he talking about.

They're financially set for life and couldn't care less about who or how many get let go. Saw one gladhanding sack of shit years ago actually start grinning as he announced that close to half of the company was going to get whacked, during a recession nonetheless.

Keep in mind that people get to those positions by being farcical, manipulative and self serving.

That is why no questions ever get answered and no new information is ever revealed during times of change. These people cannot feel empathy or sympathy, so expecting clarity on one of those broadcasts is like going to a hog farm and expecting a boar to start quoting Macbeth- it ain't gonna happen.

We'll find out when we find out.....

did you see Lagunowichs last Linkedin post...WTF was that. Take time to focus on goals and strategies instead of meetings, and he says he spent time gawking in on Italy's manufacturing plant. Nick get of the weed you frickin douche.

I had a chance to spend a significant amount of time with him. At first he seems so truly real and genuine. But as you watch, you see the cracks in his persona. He is extremely shallow and self serving. He’s in one role watching for the perfect opportunity to jump to the next. I asked him a direct question at one point and he went off on some self promoting rant. I guess he felt good saying it because it made no sense to me. He also speaks so that others in the vicinity can hear him. He’s always on. Wonder if he’s sincere to his family?! Doubt it. People like him are doing things to brag about, that’s why when he was moved to our director, I thought, wow a real down to earth guy. Nah, it eventually comes out. That’s the facade they use to disarm us. It’s consistent at that level.

I have so many scheduled internal meetings that I don't have much time for anything else. I wish I could opt out of these meetings to focus my time on customers, goals and strategies.

Selfish narcissistic people move up very high on the corporate ladder.
