    Welcome to I&I
    Total ClusterFK the past couple of yrs under leadership & who they have hired!
    Started at top w New Pres & VP few years and that was the start of Dumping down the division & its been cascading down last few years.
    90% of reps & DMs & even RDs fall into this category.
    Remember buck starts & stops at the Top!

    IT DOESNT Matter because now we have to wait until January 2022 to even start the 60 day WARN period.
    Torture and zero respect for people in telling us about impeding Reorg with "right sizing" then string it out until 2022!
    Absolutely professional barbaric.
    This is workplace harassment and hostile work environment in unsavory conditions.
    You really think reps are going to buckle down 2nd half of the year to crunch out every dollar of sales for Pfizer???? Think about.
    Our worse lead company in the industry just created worse engagement & an even more unmotivated work environment!

    Coming from someone who neals then bends over for our VP. That must be real torture for 20 seconds

    I&I has been a dysfunctional mess for a few years when all the experienced senior leaders bailed the sinking no pipeline ship.
    The replacements were inexperience & under qualified & under developed for the roles they currently have, so quickly you see the crash & burn effect in 2-3yrs.

    Be glad when 2022 gets here because any alignement/model has to be better than this dysfunction. Just new qualified Pres & VPs would turn the ship.
