executive vs senior rep

Are these titles the same or is one a more advanced title?

What is the starting salary for senior verses executive?

 

The ranges are large and overlap alot if remember correctly..with the exec level going up another $30,000 over the senior but I don’t remember exact numbers. Basically both positions have the same requirements and do the same thing. Making you a senior rep is just a way for Novartis to screw you out of a higher salary.

 

Senior reps hire in close to $140k. What about executive reps?

 

It really depends on division
