This is very serious. There are almost no people of color at Radius and never were many. Sal and Ricky make sure to maintain this. There are TWO people of color at Radius.
There are also few women above the manager level and there are more men than women as managers. As you move lower in company hierarchy, you find more women.
The fact that Ricky Echols has now the Head of National Sales ( completely disastrous on all levels) will ensure this trend for the future. Sal and Ricky should be investigated. Ricky has been QUOTED saying “ women should stay at home”. This is a fact. He belongs to a church that is very right wing Christian Evangelical that believes men are the leader of family, bread winner and when it comes to voting, the man ‘ votes for the family’. Sal is old school Italian racist/sexist. Kelly Martin either has his head in sand over these two or he agrees.
