Got a call from a recruiter and looked at people on LinkedIn to see how the culture was but seems people have only been here 1-2 years. Was there a reorg? Why is everyone so new?

Considering you ended a question (whether it was rhetorical, or not, doesn't matter) with a period instead of a question mark, I'd say you answered the question perfectly..

Wow your a real genius. Now tell me genius….. do you have 10% market share in your territory? Didn’t think so. Get back to work

Currently in the interview process and the manager hasn’t been up front if the territory has a lot of growth potential. How are y’all paid for bonus? Does each territory have to grow a certain percent every quarter?

It changes every quarter but every territory has the same goals which needs to be changed. Not every territory has same managed care and demographics. I will say that the goals the last quarter were reasonable. You have to grow a certain number of scripts each quarter. They didn’t give us that number yet for this quarter

Did you notice how most of the reps have less than 5 years pharma sales experience? Company hires them for cheaper salaries, for sure.

    Is BDSI worth coming onboard?

Unless you need a job or you're severance running out...run! Recruiters hate our company...makes it difficult to get a job if you want to leave at some point. This place sucks!

Well these posts have been enlightening. I had serious concerns when I saw S.P. as President What is J.D. management style?

I too thought promoting a C3 successfully would be difficult. Providers are looking for alternative pain management meds.

What about the migraine therapy? I seen it’s an NSAID not a Triptan. How’s that going over with Neuros? Could pts get same relief from 4 ibuprofen?

Thanks in advance for the replies.

I went through the entire interview process including a final only to be told the territory doesn't exist now.... that was fun!

    Where was this territory?

Same happened for me. Why post jobs and go through the process? Did they change there minds on the migraine drug and not think it will be as big now?

Maybe you didn't get hired because you don't know the difference between "there", and "their"?..

Same story here. No idea what went wrong but they wouldn't give detail beyond "circumstances have changed and we are no longer moving forward with this territory and position" ....

Pretty sure we are rethinking territories as leadership realizes they purchased a dog...an NSAID to compete with all the new headaches drugs. Typical high hopes only to fall on our face.
