Layoff rumors due to poor sales. Anyone hear anything?

Layoffs looming. Udenyca sales falling like a rock. Toripalimab will likely be delayed due to zero US data. Mass exodus coming in October. Better find a good place to land before you have to take whatever you can find.

Yikes! So are you saying that there will be cuts from 66 reps ? Or just no reps at all?

There’s a nice severance package for the non vaccinated staff.

I would focus less on uncertain layoffs and more on the reality of life at Coherus.
Unrealistic goals equals sub target IC
    Micro-management
    Continued over promise under deliver
    Dead stock value
    Toxic culture
DL continuing to spout ultra liberal Bullshit

Company starting to force rank sales reps. Sure sign of coming layoffs!

Why do I hate my job this much?

I’m sadden that anyone in an industry that’s mission is to provide life changing/preserving products hates there job. I don’t know what department or function you are in. But I strongly encourage you to 1. evaluate is it the job, people, or if perhaps it’s something else. Then I would strongly encourage you to talk to a mentor in the industry, someone you trust have a second set of ears and eyes on what you are saying to yourself and make a decision to move on so that you don’t live your life this way.

Thanks for the feedback, Dr. Phil. We know it’s you Eric because you still don’t know the difference between their, there, and there. Keep up the good work with your motivational quotes.

Maybe we hate our jobs because senior leadership is a joke, Amgen 2.0 is an idiotic strategy, and we only have one drug in a crowded market with no future. Maybe we hate our jobs because we are being priced out of the marketplace, can’t compete with bundling, and have been lied to for YEARS about OBI approval. Maybe we hate our jobs because of a bloated and overpaid home office staff. Maybe we hate our jobs because “leadership” won’t adjust our goals due to 340B contract losses and “opportunities” that are not based in reality.

Still waiting for the fat narcissist to “Make it rain money” and the stock to hit $100 a share.

I agree with everything the poster said, except it should be their, there, and they're.

One thing to add: Maybe we hate our jobs because we are being treated like brand new sales reps. Back to the basics, really? Weekly recorded video presentations? Activity leads to performance? Sales leadership is anything but.

I knew things were going totally downhill once we hired KY.

But we learn so much from these things. Come on, I’ve been doing this for a long time, but we can always do better. The more I think about this, you’re right! I know how to do my job, it’s just made more difficult as time goes on.

    Layoffs coming on September 15.

Don't believe me? Look at how many open positions we have that are not going to be backfilled.

Makes perfect sense, especially with all of our RSUs coming up in October. Think of how much money they will save not having to give out all that free stock.

And all the money they can save not backfilling open territories

How many are currently open? I only know of two at the moment.
