Has Syneos EVER had any team sign a non compete document to get a bonus. Janssen Neurology team's Q3 bonus is only payable IF rep signs a 12 month non-compete!!!!

Syneos is the wench that does what Papa Janssen demands. You would think Syneos would say no to this but the wench gave in and Papa Janssen wins again.

Too funny to think that Janssen has some great proprietary secrets with their products to put a non compete for reps to sign .

I had to sign one first day on the job. From syneos. And Janssen. On a contract job. What a load of shit.

And the icing on the cake was the call being led by a former Syneos, now Janssen employee Kyle. He spent last Friday threatening us and this Friday telling us how great of an IC plan we have (worst ever) and oh, by the way sign a non compete.... Being told to make up a "gap" in PEFs is BS. There is no "gap".... look at the market and the crap launch.

By the way the Biden administration is proposing legislation to eliminate ‘non compete’ clauses. Check it out.

Didn't he and the very condescending Armando say this was a special contract since all managers and reps were ALL contract. HUH? The KAMS are Janssen and getting credit for PEFs they either had ZERO involvement or from HCPs they only met because of the NSS. BUT they are still involved with brand team calls, are treated like royalty and have no threats and non compete documents. No Kyle, we are not one team. We could be but we aren't. My KAM is great but not held to the same standard.

Syneos could have the employees backs but Syneos has no spine

I don't think anyone should sign unless you are content to work here with a group that does not appreciate you. There are new drugs coming to market and we will be recruited and paid handsomely for moving to new company. Don't SIGN!!!!!!!

Non compete was worst idea ever.. The final nail in the coffin of morale. I will gladly hand over the transcripts of the calls where we are told to cross the line between medical and commercial and do what it takes to get the MSL into accounts and to " nudge" speakers into prescribing.... If they want to remain as speakers.... Dirty dirty company

Sent today, demanded back by Friday. Anyone that signs is signing under duress. 3 days..... for something affecting livelihood? Sorry for those on vacation this week..... Unethical and just plain slimy.

You are making a big mistake if you sign this document. It limits you in the entire Neuroscience field where Janssen plays! Big mistake!!!’

Some of MS team was in a meeting bring told that Janssen and Syneos were one team at the same time that a non compete was being sent that only applied to Syneos. And it sounds that Armando had on his Janssen pants, not his Syneos pants that day.

You people should kiss Biden’s a$$—his administration ruled to do away with “do not compete” clauses by companies.

How is this even enforceable? You don't work for Janssen, you work for Syneos. Syneos competes with iqvia and Amplity, not other pharma companies.

If Janssen wants a non compete, like their reps, they are treating you like an employee, just denying you the same benefits (401k, JNJ stock, etc...)

Seems like a good reason to call an employment lawyer to me.
