I’m of Spanish heritage (as in Spain), so what does that matter ? I don’t consider myself a minority/diversity employee. I was born in America, so I’m an American.

The poster was responding to others saying he was fired because he's a white male. Relax before writing these kinds of replies to dismiss what's being said.

He was fired because he SUCKED AT HIS JOB! He was never successful at any level in this company. He was promoted up through the good old boys network. He was finally exposed. Look at all of the problems we’re having with SEMA - on him. Nice guy, yes. Well liked, yes. Good at anything other than being head of our expansion on boarding 10 years ago, no. Just please stop with the unwarranted praise!
