Everybody is so wrapped up in outrage over the mandatory vaccine directive that we've completely forgotten to be outraged by the ridiculous Q3 goals...21%...22%...23% increase over last quarter? After a 21%...22%...23% increase from Q1? How are we not talking out this? Why have they stopped posting weekly rankings on Yammer? Probably because majority of people did not hit 100% last quarter. On what planet do we think that this is a sustainable trajectory? Seems like this is the first step to thinning the herd...

There is a reason they dropped payout to start at 70% vs 80%

After the going on 2 years from hell we have had and putting our health at risk daily not to mention the great success we had with Cologuard in the middle of a world pandemic this is our reward.

You haven’t done jack shit over the last year and a half let’s be honest. Colonoscopy could not be performedfor about six months last year, And what did sales do? You have proven your worth, goodbye

How many face-to-face calls with a doctor are you making a day??? 3? 4? You make $100+k/yr and you don't even have to work hardly, hell some of us are still working from home making calls. Quit complaining, the goals go up every quarter, every year, that doesn't change. You are in a sales role, it's your job to have goals to hit. How hard is that to understand?

who knows? This company runs thru senior leaders like toilet paper. Shelf life is 2 years or less for most of them.

Yes because everyone knows Cologuard just sells itself
    Moron
Sales went up dramatically in the area I am in because we laid the groundwork !

Well, you do sell a product with no competitive SoV in a market with a severe unmet need, and it was a pandemic where people were quarantined in their homes. Don’t pat yourself on the back too hard for “laying the groundwork.”

    Ignorant A hole
Get out of your cubby and go face to face with providers, staff , and sick patients all day hoping your mask and vaccination might save you from who knows what? It is just like being on vacation every day! BTW just as many vaccinated people I know have gotten covid as non vaccinated and not one of them has been hospitalized! Talk about risk many staff and providers we call on never wear masks and they do not trust the vaccines so remain unvaccinated

Im not sure what that rant was about….

But, are you saying that you DON’T sell a product with no competitive SoV in a market with a massive unmet need in the midst of a pandemic? I didn’t say you weren’t out in the field working; I just implied that CG would have done pretty well without you, so you can climb off your self-congratulatory high horse now.

Most reps in my region are averaging 3-4 calls a day with a provider. Quit acting like we are working harder, we aren’t. You also have a choice to work in another field if you feel you are at risk calling on offices. You don’t have to work in medical sales, go to another industry if you are so afraid everyday. Just quit playing the victim card, it makes you look kinda sad. We were given half days off on Friday for a year and you act like you are so put upon, give it a rest.

Well well well aren't you just full of great solutions! Let's see how you feel if or when you contract covid while you are doing your job. BTW those 3 to 4 provider calls are obviously not the only calls made! If you weren't hiding in your office you would know it takes 8 to 12 calls per day right now to get that average. How can you work here and not know this! Get your head out of your anus.
Hate when people revert to the victim BS !
Who said they feel like a victim!
You better brush up on your comprehensive reading skills !

I risk contacting it everyday just like you. I don't have an office to hide in, its my car. I just go do my job and don't bitch and complain about every little thing that comes my way. You should try it.

Actually, people in office setting are more likely to contract Covid than people who are constantly outside and riding alone in their cars. Regardless, none of us are really at any serious risk. We can quit pretending that we are somehow brave or courageous for doing our jobs. It’s a virus with a 99.9% survival rate and a vaccine available. Let’s not pretend that we are somehow in harm’s way in our daily jobs.

You obviously haven't watched someone you love die of this virus. You should mind your words.

No, just like the majority of the people around the globe. The survival rate is incredibly high, so most of us haven’t experienced that. I’m sorry that you might have, but it doesn’t change the actual risk of the virus. I lost a friend in high school to a car accident, but I haven’t gone on a tirade telling everyone to quit driving cars. I understand that sometimes unfortunate things happen. And in many cases, just like this one, the likelihood is very slim. Living in fear is a bad choice.

Another arm-chair epidemiologist thinks they know better. Push your shit on FB, not on us. Nobody ever said they live in fear, you comparing a virus to a car accident is laughable, but I bet you wear your government MANDATED seatbelt now, don’t you. You fill it up with government mandated fuel as well, oh no... looks like you have to stop driving now. Have fun walking from now on. Oh wait, you will be on a government regulated sidewalk.. oh no, what now?
