Still no final ranking report for Oct/Nov/Dec of 2020! Still not a single piece of weekly ranking for First Quarter 2021! BTW, that quarter is over. The performance period for which I am paid is over and I don't even have measurement data for the preceding period, much less Q1! It's now 20 days into second quarter and of course nothing! How can Amgen claim to be performance based if we don't know how we are doing? My DM is useless. He just says get used to Amgen mediocrity or find another home. Why is it so hard to show me the data so I can make adjustments?
