What I love about working at Galderma—— No body cares anymore so you

don’t have to work. Everything is smoke and mirrors. If your busting your butt, you

are crazy. Stay home daily or work a max of 10 hour weeks. Crazy if your not.

 

100% right. No one cares anymore. Most are working absolute minimum and collecting their paycheck until they find something else. Galderma is dead.

 

Is anyone else worried the company will implode soon?

In pharma derm is the worst of the worst without a biologic. Empty pipelines, generics, low prices... Taking a job in this field would be a major mistake. Taking a job at Galderma would be suicide.

 

Recruiters know what’s going on at Galderma. And it’s not good. Company is falling apart across geographies.

This company won't be around for more than 2-3 years, it's not a career move.

Please stop asking us why we are looking for new opportunities, why a promotion is not an option and why senior leaders are leaving.
This place is LIVING HELL!

We have never worked in a more disrespectful and toxic environment. Anyone who has contributed in a meaningful way is considered a threat.

Flemming is an absolute nightmare. Everything you have heard about him is true. And more. He is a false, double-faced asshole who excels at bullying. NO ONE wants to work for him!

Good people are running away as fast as they can as the daily micromanagement and abuse is intolerable. Let’s add one more thing, Galderma’s pipeline is EMPTY. Nothing new on the horizon. We don’t believe Nemo will ever be commercialized by this company.
