    On top of ridiculous quotas, add in micromanagement, useless SFDC and ZERO marketing effort or support and there you have it.

    To be fair, awc reps cant sell. No creativity or ability to think outside the box. They rely on the recon reps for all their sales. They are waiters in scrubs. But more annoying

    You must be delusional. How much Primatrix and/or Amnioexcel has WR sold without the help of AWC?? Why do you think you geniuses have an amnio quota??? Bc Leadership knows who’s selling Amnio and which sales force isn’t.

    accurate. It is ridiculous the amount of SFDC work there is to do these days. Entering activities is beyond Pharma style management and it is such a waste of our time. It’s not going to give the company the turn around in sales they are looking for this year. More marketing resources and educational opportunities are desperately needed.

    A manager on AWC team resigned. I’m sure won’t be last.

    Why would anyone stay here? Upper management has shown their cards in that they have not taken any feedback in regards to the comp plan. The buckets are ridiculous. Pay at dollar one with a low threshold like most companies, and you will see sales takeoff!

    When reps are worried whether they get paid or not, they will question why they should continue in this environment. I’m sure this will spur some type of aggressive response from management....

    We are nowhere near the market leader either in marketing, clinical support or evidence, so until corporate will put money into the right area of this division- MARKETING AND RESEARCH-
    Good reps will leave and good reps will steer clear....

    So simple, I wish I didn’t have to get on a soapbox. FORGET the money that you’re putting into SALESFORCE.COM and allocate those funds toward marketing.

    Absolutely accurate. They spend money and resources on things like Integra disadvantage which continues to fail yet us reps get $1,000 per month to drive business 30-40% year after year. At some point everyone realized that nothing the sales force says or asks for will ever matter. The sales this quarter are abysmal because everyone is busy interviewing instead. Bye, bye MC!!!

    It is going to get worse. More are leaving. This place is horrible and finally people are realizing there are better places to be.
