How long until AWC division is gone?

 

Rumor is another acquisition coming? Any insight on this? Or is this to distract us from impending layoffs???

 

At least the NSTM got canceled

 

Another RM just quit. When will they realize their is a real problem!?

 

Run as fast as you can away from here. This is only the beginning. It’s going to get a lot worse really fast.

 

AWC will be over now with the coronavirus. They know nothing how outpatient wound care and now that elective procedures are all canceled we will all be gone shortly! Integra is not going to continue to pay us to sit at home. They are too cheap for that and do not care about their people.

 

Yep this Is the beginning of an end. Layoffs coming to you soon

This place is a joke. Worst leadership in the world. Everyone is clueless.

 

Worst culture ever. This place should be ashamed of their selves.

 

When are they going to make some decisions on commissions with the virus? They need to do something but won’t

 

The lack of communication is horrendous across all divisions. No statements on March and Q1 or moving forward.

Do the right thing, people have families to feed.

 

They are doing the right thing, no one is out of a job yet.

 

What do you want them to do? They are still bringing in some revenue, and have not had to cut pay or headcount. Is that not enough?

 

I would expect nothing but a shit show from Integra. Luckily I got the hell out of there and now work for a company that at least pretends to care about its employees...Q1 bonuses are getting paid out early to help financially during the pandemic, a plan for earnings for Q2 has already been put in place and communicated to the sales force. You know, the kind of stuff that helps you sleep at night instead of wondering what the next bit of bs Integra will cram down your throat is going to be. You might call it limiting uncertainty...
I highly recommend that once everything starts returning to normal that you get out and never look back.
