the only gratitude would come from your being less generous.

Not to worry. You will soon be well outside of my sphere of influence and far, far away from Quest Diagnostics and the clinical laboratory industry. You will never need to interact with us again. After all, Quest Diagnostics only purchases new vehicles.

You sphere of influence does not extend beyond mommy's basement.

The quarterly investor call is tomorrow. We’ll see if anyone asks about this. Anyone can ask any reasonable question about acquisition targets.

This will not be disclosed publicly while sensitive issues are still being resolved. To do so, would wildly influence markets and certainly be deemed at act of corporate malfeasance. Nonetheless, the groundwork is being laid for both entities, behind the scenes. An endeavor of this magnitude requires extensive preparation and planning.

I am genuinely surprised by the number of people internally, who have no idea and don’t believe that this is happening. Also, those who suspect it, downplay the impact that it will have. Not since SmithKline has an acquisition of this size occurred.

Nothing to offer? Then why post here? Does Teen Beet have an online presence and a chat room? You clearly belong there.

Quest Diagnostics probably took care of it for you. If he was ever even employed here at all. His posts are immature and unhinged. Perhaps he’s bitter after being turned down for an RSR position. We do test for bath salts as a pre-employment condition.

Doubt he got turned down for an RSR job....that would have required he leave mommy's basement.

We were talking about you. This is how out of touch you are with reality. And our point was exactly that. You could never even land an RSR job at Quest Diagnostics. A high school equivalency certificate is required in addition to pre-employment drug screening

The most entertaining comments here are the ones when the troll is replying to itself!

If it makes you feel better, then by all means, live in denial. Tell yourself that everything you don’t want to hear, everything you don’t want to know and accept, are just the ramblings of a troll. It’s probably best, for you. You have no influence over high level decisions at Quest Diagnostics. You aren’t privy to important information. Ignorance is bliss they say. Enjoy it.

Got to find ways to feel important when you live in mommy's basement.

Yawn. Repetitive and boring. This thread is about the acquisition of BioReference. It’s obvious that you know nothing and have nothing to contribute.

Nice to see that the annoying troll has been properly put in his place and that everyone else is busy working on the BioReference merger.

The only way the sale happens is when Scott Fein is give a buy out.
