    The academic team was a joke with fake KPI and absolutely manic leaders. Now Richard is panicked and his FVPs continue to use the same ineffective tactics to lead. Regeneron has more science but Nucala could be a contender if the leadership could leverage the talent. Instead it’s KPI overload and high pressure and harassment. Empower the talent you have and stop with pretending that the pandemic isn’t going on. Reps are forced to enter fake calls and execute on fake Speaker programs. It’s not that hard Richard make calls on offices that are open! And Stop endorsing your bully VPs. They are horrible.

    Everyone is trying to leave, apparently so is Richard. Rumor has it that he put his name in hat at other companies. While at GSK Richard was pushing Reps out in the field during the pandemic. Many of these offices were treating covid patients. Reps received a flimsy box of PPE and were pressured to make fake calls on offices which weren’t seeing Reps. It’s ironic that GSK was one of the very few companies sending reps in the field but has the greatest loss of sales and will soon have a mass exodus of reps finding new jobs. Most companies worked hard to protect their employees! Not GSK!

    One of the last companies to pull reps from field and first to go back- no respect for employees or hcps. We were sent back out in the field long before they went back to office at headquarters. We can thank maya for this.

    Richard insisted on academic team which was told their skill sets were far superior to any as. Meanwhile, their activities consisted of admin work and barely any selling. Of course, they’re axed about a year later. It’s not 1995 pharma so please stop acting like it.
    He adores toxic FVPs and is super defensive about the horrible culture because he’s largely responsible. Please remember according to Richard we are responsible for the bad culture not the toxic senior leadership, maniac Fvps (some but a few are great) and soulless FLLs (a few great ones but many worthless.) So happy that I’m resigning next month!

    Nucala feels like a bloodbath with so many leaving. Many talented people have left. I’m very happy for them and wish them all the success.
    Perhaps leadership should have addressed the toxic culture instead of lying about the culture scores. GSK’s loss is Regeneron’s gain

    Fantastic. Many more are yet to follow you. I’m getting out of here soon too. Enjoy yourselves. GSK is the worst of the worst. Every company has its issues, but none so bad as GSK. Terrible company

    Spot on. Soooo many reps are just eating from offers. And it’s not just oncology or something. The VBU and respiratory. I am surrounded with a bunch of tools on my team and can’t stand it any longer.

    SBU does need to change the way they lead. They lead with KPI’s and that’s it. That’s easy to do. Anyone out of college for a couple of years can look at a checklist and tell others whether they’re doing it or not - but, true leadership that inspires and makes you feel like you’re a team working toward a common goal and you’re valued takes effort and talent and that is where leadership is lacking.
    They think because they have high scores on a survey - where people really don’t believe it’s anonymous- that the culture is great. Is a culture great when so many reps are leaving? Would they leave if they felt valued, I think not...

    Simply, they don’t value their account specialists. How can they make us feel valued when they don’t values us??! Cookie cutter approach to leadership. Every territory and region need to do the same amount of programs even though markets vary tremendously. What works in Texas doesn’t work in Massachusetts or Minnesota. Instead, we are told to lie about activity...not sure how that is patient focused?

    Richard, instead of blaming reps for Nucala declining, wake up and hire more FRM that actually help pull through in the offices. Every other company is doing this and they are kicking our butts. Are you really this stupid?

    I had wonderful and rewarding experience of working with GSK. Then, made the mistake of working here in the SBU. It just became a series of unfortunate events brought about mainly by the terrible managers. the unrealistic expectations set not aligned with the state of the environment along with neurotic, lack of common sense and heartless management styles made way for enormous stress and anxiety that can make people who value their physical and mental well-being to make the decision to just give everything up. That experience was so bad and traumatizing. I hope the company will look into these things fairly and do what can be done to correct these to make life and work more balanced for employees eventually.
