Dermira is hiring and spending money like crazy. They have half a billion dollars of investor money to speed and no products other then some expensive deodorant. Just a heads up if you are an investor. Company is not doing you well.

Wow tough day for Dermira employees. Did you have another pizza party at shareholders expense to celebrate that the street now knows you have no future. They little early just started phone screens. Looks like Max salary is 120. Sounds pretty low for a start up specialty company. Probably not a great sign as to what type of candidates they are looking for.

Bonus was between 50-60 at target though equity and a car allowance. They weren’t sure if it was options or RSUs though.

Total comp is $175 with options and RSUs. Car allowance is fair, plus phone, internet, and no premiums on health insurance. I asked a friend who works for Regeneron, and he even says the comp is fair.
