so you think some lasrs will get promoted to lnam? If a lasr is doing well (100%) doesnt it make more sense to keep them, opposed to throw someone new in the territory?

LASRS produce as much as LNAMS in most territories and get paid half the salary/bonus. They are a steal!

There is literally ZERO accountability for LASRs

Won’t doubling the size of the LNAMS be a huge red flag for all the investigations we are under? I don’t get it.

Certain territories will stay as is and others will expand. Not a set expansion across the country. Some territories are heavily influenced by CNN, territories with demographics of FOX News will have more growth opportunity with expansions. Consulting firm looked into all the scenarios.

What was the end date for the consultation? Which quarters did they analyze?

    it’s a bloodbath so far
    Psych director gone
    4 LTC managers gone
(Including 3 that have been with
the company 7 years and all 3 have
    won multiple Avanir Presidents clubs
and are currently ranked high in
    the rankings.
    (Maybe ranking/success not as important
    as geography where reps live/located)
5 NAM managers gone=possibly 50 NAMs reps will be let go
    Looks to be bad

If the recent firings are true, then no one is safe as a result of volume. Q2 was a bust for most due to Paul's mismanagement.

They should have never created that
psych sales force, that was the dumbest move ever.
And they should have Never tripled
the size of the NAM sales force
    when we launched Onzetra,
    dumb, dumb, dumb.
But we as reps are just a number
on a map, nobody really gives
    a crap about us, let’s add 20
    more home office positions, lol

That not true 2 of those LTC managers never won anything. Couldn't sell candy to children. Besides do you think it might have anything to do with the CNN news report? If they where so good, maybe there was a reason why, and it finally caught up to them.

C.B. LTC manager CA has won multiple
PClubs with Avanir and so has J.E. LTC
manager TX and both been with Avanir
    7 yrs. This is fact
Also M.F. Indy LTC manager remains
an he’s as shady as it can get.
