The question is LTC and the LASR position. Will the LASRS lose jobs to the PNAMS? Or will the PNAMS who don't take over vacant NAM positions get the boot.

PNAMs cost more with bigger salaries, wouldn't be smart to get rid of LASRs and replace that way

And who's to say that LASRs aren't riding the coattails of their LNAM and just collecting a paycheck? No way to decipher which one is actually working. No LTC territory with low volume is keeping a LASR and LNAM.

 

cut pnams. Give psych hospitals to LTC. Psych offices to specialty. Easy!

 

Doesn't work like that buttercup. LTC is under totally different pharmacy reporting. And some NAMs can't sell Onzetra let alone Nuedexta to save their sack. Specialty will be aligned strictly to zipcode to avoid more reporting discrepancies.
