I was in Europe last year and got cramps (menstural) and went to the pharmacy and got some Spasfon-Lyoc. That stuff kicks ass! Stops the cramps fast and no stomach problems!

Is there a US equivalent? This was a big pill that you dissolve under your tongue (kinda icky but the benefit is too good). I really need some and want to see if there is something here. I know sometimes the Europeans have different names for the same drug.

    Any clue?

OP here. No, it isn't the wrong company. It says Cephalon right on the package and the PI.

it probably is a co-promote that is done in Europe and not in the US

Does that mean it isn't available here?

It would figure a great, efficacious drug with less side effects available in Europe and not here.

That was my exact question! What is the US name? I want to be able to get it here. If you don't know, how can I find out? Is there a number I can call?

Crap!! OP here, I appreciate your feedback. I wonder why it isn't available here. I do know folks who travel to Europe occasionally so I think I can get more but women here would love it!

I'm looking to go the other way... Is there a EUROPEAN equivalent for "long lasting, fast acting Dristan nasal mist" (that's the one that lasts for 12 hours and works almost immediately when used.

My Canadian nose is living in Europe and is suffering!!

    Please help is you can.

I am trying to submit a claim to my insurance company for some prescription drugs my wife purchased in Europe and the insurance claim asks for the US equivalent of the European drug. Do you guys know how to find that information? Thanks!
