    Agree, no training modules as of yet. If we do get them then we will possibly have a 2-3 timeline to return to the field. The longer this goes, it may be rtf 2nd semester or after the reorg or transformation!

    I think RTF is after the reorg....I say September.

    Macro level, cross functional, synergy of the global task force has unlocked the upside potential of the low hanging fruit in identifying our North Star as needing to transform our ecosystem not by restructuring but rather through getting granular and maximizing TRANSFORMATION.

    There now I proved I’m qualified to be on a Pfizer leadership panel. These guys have a true gift for using a lot of words and saying absolutely nothing.

    Looks like another summer off, no RTF until after reorganization. At least this summer we can do some stuff. Guess it’s time to update/inflate resume. I’m good but not particularly lucky, and a honky to boot.

    Ii called June 1st.
    There is a call on Monday at 4 with more info. I call BS on this global team and their policy/training update. It’s the same share point materials from last year. Only thing I can think they will do is have us attest we looked at it and we are vaccinated on P2L. Really, 5 min to show us how to out on a mask?
    They could have at least pretended something was new.

    I going back, take the time to network, get resume updated and maybe some LoRs from your HCPs. Never hurts to be ready.

    A honky? You’re screwed. Ask me how I know? I’m in touch with many severed team 3 reps. Many honky reps get passed over for non- honky reps.

    A top reverse race discriminate company not only in pharma but others as well. I’m all for EEO but when a company is blatant and attempts to shove CRT in various ways (latest training) then they have become the problem not the solution. No person should be shamed or demeaned for who they are (.)
