When does Aptiom lose patent exclusivity?

We won't lose patent protection until the Maui Jim sunglasses you got at the launch meeting are lost or broken.

Looks good throughout 2022–some believe it may get through 2023 but too early to tell.

I have to laugh. Aptiom is nothing more than a branded version of a drug whose active ingredient is eslicarbazepine. Trileptal is $9 a month at Wal-Mart with a GoodRx discount. What does a month supply of Aptiom cost--$1000?

You gotta love pharma. I work for another company, sell a triple combo inhaler. Take 3 dirt cheap generic ingredients, combine them, and sell the inhaler for 20 times the cost of the three generics it replaces. I know convenience costs, but really.........................

Never fear, Captain Donut Cartwheel has a strategy that is just as good as one he had that failed when aptiom launched.
